Anonymous asked: I admire your deep love for your country. What are your plans after graduation and if God wills it, how would you want to use your education to help improve the Philippines?
Anonymous asked: I agree that inclusivity and elitism are the main problems why nothing is ever done in the country, but I think it should not only the poor that should be educated but also the rich, they should be thought that they shouldn't put themselves up in pedestals. [Different anon from the other.]
safeundertheshell asked: Do you think the Manila would have it golden age again?

Okay, let’s play a game. I’ll list some Filipino Architects here and you should list at least one landmark they designed. If you are a Filipino Architect (professional or student) and can’t complete at least 10, then you should know more about the founding fathers of your profession.

The old Manila is beautiful! No traffic, no pollution, we have lots of trees, wide sidewalks,...
My thesis so far is about walkability measurement and improvement. I’ve read about a research done for selected Asian Cities. Be surprised, Metro Manila’s sidewalks and pedestrian transportation scored in the “pasang-awa” level. This is good considering that the big wigs from China and India scored relatively lower in this test. It means we have facilities for pedestrians...
